A great company to work for been with them for about 1 1/2 years.  This is a company that is family oriented.  I had a call from my brother to tell me that my mom wasn’t doing well. Called in, and was in the area, so they told me to go see her.  When I say a great company, I mean it! I got another call to tell me my mom has cancer so I called into Brad, my driver coach, to let him know.  Next, they are routing me down to see her before Christmas. Now that is a company that cares. Thank you COTC!

My husband has worked for this company for 2.5 years! Words can barely express what a fantastic company this is! Not only does this company say they care about their drivers and their drivers’ families, they go out of their way…above and beyond, to prove it!! From the newest employees right up to the top with Rick!! Thank you, COTC!!

This company represents everything that a true professional driver is. Safety is actually job #1 here, it’s not just words. When you focus on the results of being a safe driver it makes safety a no brainer. The generosity that this company shows its drivers is really beyond anything I could have ever imagined. It takes a while to really wrap your head around it, because of all the employers, that do nothing but exploit their drivers. The whole team here really does work hard and it shows.

Been one heck of an experience so far. In extreme northwest British Columbia. Absolutely amazing to be getting paid to see this! You guys are a true company. Notes need to be taken by other companies.

My husband, Jeff Sims, has worked for COTC for 13 months and they are by far the best company he has ever worked for. I cannot say enough good things about the company. They treat their drivers and spouses like family. Jeff never sits waiting for a load, gets great miles, gets home when his home time is scheduled and the monthly bonus is very attainable. The driver coaches, dispatchers and staff in the office are awesome. Great company – thank you COTC.

The best job I have had. They really take care of you and make sure you get the miles. At times, I have been asked where would I like to go, I’ve never had a problem getting home and the driver coaches are the best.

Great company to be a part of! If you want a company that will help you get through stuff, get you home, get you miles, be your family, your neighbor, or just your friend then this company will be great for you. I was skeptical about it when I started. I was thinking too good to be true. I can tell you this they give me great miles, they get me home when I want to, they have helped me whenever I have needed help, and they have even called me just to ask if I am having a good day. Once again, great company to be part of, highly recommend this company.

We’ve been away from the company since 2007. We had to relocate because of family needs. But, as a husband/wife team-driver’s for COTC, I can say; we were treated fairly, with respect, and as family. This company is the best. The equipment was “ALWAYS” kept up and would pass Federal. The COTC team is “AWESOME” and was always there to help. Miss y’all!

I’ve worked for a lot of companies over my 20+ years as a professional driver and I can say without a doubt that Central Oregon Truck is a top-notch company.  They are all about their drivers. I’m very happy to be a COTC driver.
