We offer top truck driver pay for our flatbed driver jobs with our weekly salary pay package and benefits. Weekly salary program is available for Solo, Team, PNW Regional Quad, and Dedicated flatbed drivers.
Top Mileage Pay: 64 CPM
Top Driver Pay: $2,443 per week / $127,064 per year
Pay Range: 60 CPM – 64 CPM plus loyalty pay up to 5.5 cents per mile!
- 1 CPM weekly for over 2500 miles
- 1 CPM weekly for over 2750 miles
- 1 CPM after 100K accident/incident-free miles
- 1 CPM for no driver fault DOT violation for 1 year since date of hire
- Plus, $75 per tarp. Plus, loyalty pay earned on day one and paid on your anniversary date up to 5.5 CPM!

COTC provides per diem at $80 a day for five days a week as part of the new Weekly Truck Driver Salary Program. Unlike, most of our competition we do not charge a fee for per diem. It is all your money, should get to keep it.

Stop being routed home on a cycle, or not at all. With the COTC home time program you will never miss an important family event again! Our drivers are home every 2-3 weeks. Yes, even the 48 State drivers.
Schedule your home time up to a year in advance. You get 5 days a month, with two days roll over. Take your home time when you need it!
After 30 days, you are eligible to enroll in one of our nationwide insurance plans for Medical and Short Term Disability. Your monthly premium is paid for by COTC.
We offer a flexible spending plan that helps you reduce your out-of-pocket health care and child day care costs.
After 60 days, you can take a passenger that is a minimum of 5 years of old. COTC pays the premium for passenger insurance.
